### Purpose of this pull request Replace the unavailable RDS MySQL product URL in the English and Chinese MySQL CDC and TiDB CDC connector tables with the corresponding official Alibaba Cloud RDS MySQL documentation pages. The same dead URL appears in all four files and makes the repository Dead links check fail on otherwise unrelated PRs. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. The RDS MySQL documentation links now lead to the official English or Chinese RDS MySQL documentation.
