Closing the F7/F8 follow-up at head 3df75448c: both EN and ZH `incompatible-changes.md` already explain the new fail-fast cycle/unresolved-input errors and the `plugin_input`/`plugin_output` migration. Commit 3df75448c also makes dry-run validation use the shared scheduler's resolved input/output IDs instead of re-reading the config, so `getOutputId()` now has a production caller. The redundant dry-run static ID helpers were removed earlier.
