### Purpose of this pull request Fixes #12504. The DuckDB Sink pages claimed XA-based exactly-once and showed `org.duckdb.DuckDBXADataSource`, but the connector's DuckDB JDBC 1.3.1.0 driver has no such class or XA datasource. This removes an unusable example and states the actual limitation in both English and Chinese. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? Yes, documentation now marks DuckDB exactly-once unsupported and tells users to leave the generic JDBC `is_exactly_once` option disabled for DuckDB. Normal DuckDB batch/streaming examples remain. ### How was this patch tested? Checked `connector-jdbc/pom.xml` for driver version 1.3.1.0 and inspected the local 1.3.1.0 and 1.4.2.0 JAR contents for XA datasource classes (none). Checked both edited pages for remaining references to the nonexistent class and invalid example; `git diff --check` passes. No Java code was changed. ### Check list - [x] English and Chinese pages updated together - [x] No new connector, dependency, configuration, or incompatible change -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
