Classification: A / Connector-V2 DuckDB catalog SQL literal handling. The updated reproduction, parser error, and #12503 scope match the two affected DuckDB metadata queries. Doubling apostrophes at the literal boundary is a focused fix for schema and table names such as odd quote schema or odd quote table, and the regression covers table existence, column metadata, and a SQL-looking literal. I also checked the nullable-schema follow-up: it preserves the existing String.format behavior instead of changing the Sink introspection fallback. The similar interpolation sites in other dialects are not evidence that they should be changed in this PR; keeping this repair DuckDB-only is correct. #12503 is open with Build in progress, so this issue stays open until upstream CI and review complete.
