@Vivek1106-04 @DanielLeens @SEZ9 Closing #12493 in favor of #12511. Vivek's PR already carries the unlocked drain (part 1), the coordinator-side `CHECKPOINT_COORDINATOR_SHUTDOWN` mapping for a cut-short drain, and the SubPlan restore re-check that keeps `SavePointTest` honest. Continuing a second PR for the same drain would only diverge from the remedy SEZ9 asked to match. I will review #12511 instead.
