Classification: I / Declarative OptionRule migration tracking. The RabbitMQ Sink `queue_name` slice is now complete. I rechecked the merged PR #12519: it entered `dev` at `463adf8c47aab1f9da8f135121917281870d9b97` after a successful Build. Its scope is the approved declarative nonblank validation only; it does not alter connection, queue declaration, Source, or remote-validation behavior. Please treat that exact RabbitMQ Sink scope as done and do not open a duplicate follow-up. Any further work under this tracker must name a different unclaimed connector or transform and first document the current `dev` behavior and focused test boundary.
