It adds the bound in `MultiTableSink`'s constructor, where the option is read, keeping `IllegalArgumentException` as the type since that is already what an invalid value produces, and giving it a message that names the option key and the rejected value. Three cases were added to the existing `MultiTableSinkWriterTest`, and removing the guard fails the rejection test with "nothing was thrown", which is the part worth noting: without it the sink constructs cleanly and the failure is deferred to writer creation on a worker. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
