zhangshenghang opened a new pull request, #12644:
URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12644

   ## Purpose of the pull request

   `EasysearchIT` uses fixed `Thread.sleep(2000)` "wait for index refresh"
delays before reading sink data and before verifying that the save-mode index
exists. Under CI load the refresh can take longer than 2s, so
`assertIterableEquals` compares against a stale read (or the index-existence
check fails) and the test fails intermittently.

   This PR replaces the fixed sleeps with bounded `Awaitility.given()` polling
(the style already used in this class for startup), keeping every assertion
unchanged:

   - `testEasysearchWithSaveMode` polls until the created index is queryable
and then polls `untilAsserted` on the same expected dataset;
   - `testEasysearch` polls `untilAsserted` on the same expected dataset;
   - the `Thread.sleep` in the read helpers was removed (the retry now happens
around the whole read+compare).

   ## Verification

   - `./mvnw spotless:apply`
   - `./mvnw -pl
seatunnel-e2e/seatunnel-connector-v2-e2e/connector-easysearch-e2e -am
-DskipTests package`

   No assertion / expected value was changed — only how long and how often the
test waits before evaluating them.
