Rebased onto the current `dev` tip: - old head: `c99bb288e0dc654b87a6d5ca669dfa6d5c7e1b4b` - new head: `683098a72856fae7d4bf2ba1d87e270d5af432cb` The PR's own file (`DmdbTypeConverterTest.java`, +120/-0) is unchanged (`git diff c99bb288e..683098a72` over the PR-scoped files is empty), so the approvals still apply. This clears the ~122-commit base drift and re-triggers `Build`; it also pulls in `#12639` (dead-link fix).
