PR1 is up: #12688. It implements the checkpoint-history half of this issue — the six rules on `/jobs/checkpoints/<jobId>`, read best-effort so an engine without the endpoint or a cluster with the monitor service off still gets the rest of the diagnosis. The root-cause half (sink vs source attribution from `/metrics/realtime`) is deliberately left for a follow-up: `engine.observability.enabled` defaults to `false`, so those rules carry a prerequisite these do not and should not be bundled with them. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
