@davidzollo @nzw921rx — I have synced this PR to current dev `3556e91cc9` without conflicts. Current head `7f58ea2428` consists of the merge plus one empty CI-trigger diagnostic; the JSON/default-value feature changes are retained. The sync brings in concrete fixes for previous CI blockers: #12639 DeepWiki HTTP429 handling, #12297 the working digest-pinned MinIO image, and #12394 the task-execution fixture identity fix. The remaining problem is now workflow dispatch, not a diagnosed test failure on this head. Actions is enabled, Build is active and its workflow matches upstream; GitHub recorded the pushes, but there are zero fork runs/check suites for both the merge and the suggested empty trigger commit. The upstream Build check reports `ACTION_REQUIRED` / workflow run detection failed. I have not changed checks, approvals or workflow rules to bypass this. DanielLeens previously confirmed no code-level or CI question remained on the earlier head. Please take a final look at the synced head and provide a normal approving review/merge-queue path when the Build gate is satisfied. The API does not permit my account to issue formal reviewer requests, so I am asking here rather than treating comment-level acceptance as an approval. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
