Classification: F / Connector-V2 PostgreSQL CDC restore LSN handling. The linked fix is now merged into `dev`: #12454 landed at `0278a6a74746856488dd27713736f008e3115c11` on 2026-10-09. I rechecked the merged change against the evidence in this thread. It carries the message-type-aware PostgreSQL offset/locator handling while retaining reads of legacy savepoints, and its tests cover the shared commit/row-LSN boundary that dropped `id=15`. The PostgreSQL CDC recovery IT also verifies that `id=15` is recovered at the quiet boundary and that `id=16` still arrives after reconnect. This is therefore fixed in current `dev`; it is not a claim about an older released build. If the original reporter can retest on a build containing that merge (or a subsequent release), please report the exact version and the savepoint/restore result. If the original sequence no longer reproduces, this issue can be closed; if it still does, please provide the restored offset/first WAL LSN and the exact sink result so we can distinguish a new boundary from the one #12454 fixed. No label or assignment change in this pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
