## What does this PR do? Adds `custom_cdc_json` to the Kafka source for CDC envelopes whose field names or nesting do not match SeaTunnel’s built-in formats. - Route records to one of the configured `schema_list` tables using configurable JSONPaths. - Map before/after images to table-specific schemas and emit INSERT, UPDATE_BEFORE, UPDATE_AFTER, and DELETE row kinds. - Support optional per-column JSONPath mappings and operation-value mappings. - Document the feature in English and Chinese; add format, Kafka configuration, and Kafka E2E coverage. ## Tests - `./mvnw -f seatunnel-formats/seatunnel-format-json/pom.xml -Dtest=CustomCdcJsonSourceDeserializationSchemaTest test` - `./mvnw -o -f seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-kafka/pom.xml -Dtest=KafkaSourceConfigTest test` - `git diff --check` The Kafka E2E case is included but was not run locally because the local Maven mirror does not contain its `connector-jdbc` snapshot dependency. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
