I've added the three remaining design-note points (secret-redaction boundary, restart/replay idempotence, dependency/license/shading plan) to the feature issue: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues/12712#issuecomment-6132628620 One small update to the outline: the offline E2E uses a local JDK HttpServer rather than WireMock, and the unit tests use MockWebServer.
