Classification: A / Connector-V2 File XML formatting. The XML writer's scalar conversion path is distinct from the CSV/Text/Excel formatter path, so the reported zero-seconds round-trip failure is a real serialization defect. #12801 is the single implementation and review surface. The PR must apply the configured date, time, and datetime formats consistently, prove the zero-seconds case and a source/sink round trip, and document any user-visible output-format compatibility effect in EN and ZH.
