Thank you for reducing the initial delivery to the two existing read-only Zeta endpoints and for opening #12856. The scope, EN/ZH documentation links, route/response drift checks, tag-filter coverage, and Basic-auth coverage match the contract-first direction from this issue. #12856 is the implementation and review lane. Its required Build check is currently failing, so please resolve that result before treating the first slice as ready for review; keep the PR limited to `/overview` and `/resource/workers` rather than implying REST-v2-wide coverage.
