Classification: F / JSON-format serializer record isolation. The reused output row only writes table/time metadata when the current input has it, so clearing absent values per record is the right boundary. #12870 is the implementation and review lane. Its current Build requires action; please retain cases for table-only, timestamp-only, and fully absent metadata in both Canal and Maxwell serializers, and resolve CI there.
