Thanks, Daniel. I checked the current head (`26ceb950`) and tried dispatching `Build` for this branch. The fork reports Actions enabled and the workflow active, but GitHub rejects the dispatch with HTTP 422: `Actions has been disabled for this repository.` So enabling the workflow has not made CI runnable; this is the same restriction noted in [#12875](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12875#issuecomment-6266823866). The 18 focused tests and the real PostgreSQL Generic-dialect regression passed locally, along with root verification. Could a maintainer trigger the upstream checks for this head?
