On Issue 2: this traces back to a phase-1 design flaw—the structured-handling rules were too loose, and `ParameterSplitter｀ should not have been relaxed to partially parse unbalanced brackets. The right fix is to require quotes when needed to disambiguate. I'll pause phase-2 for now, fix the phase-1 issues first, and resume phase-2 after that fix is merged. This keeps the parsing semantics consistent and removes ambiguity for both user-provided parameters and default-value configuration.
