Classification: A / Zeta REST batch submit parameter preservation. The reported corruption is confirmed in current `JobInfoService`: it serializes the JSON `params` map into an unescaped query string and parses it again. That cannot preserve literal `&`, `%`, `+`, or `=` and also explains the missing-`params` failure. #12922 is the focused implementation lane. Please pass the parsed map directly while preserving the existing defaults and savepoint validation. The tests need an omitted `params` object, literal reserved characters, numeric/boolean values, null/default handling, malformed non-object input, and the `isStartWithSavePoint`/`jobId` constraint.
