   Classification: A / E2E connector-artifact publication during restore.

The race is credible on current `dev`:
`ContainerUtil.copyConnectorJarToContainer` copies directly to the formal
connector JAR path while the service can still load that path. A partially
published archive can therefore make a concurrent job-info deserialization fail
even when the final archive is valid. #12925 is the focused implementation lane.

Please keep the staged file in the same destination directory, use a non-JAR
temporary name, and preserve the old formal archive if copy or publication
fails. The test must exercise the real shared helper, prove old/new content
visibility and cleanup on an injected copy failure, and keep the
restore/checkpoint assertions intact. The external launcher runs are useful
evidence, but the PR should rely on repository-standard unit/IT coverage and CI
before merge; it must not claim unexecuted Failsafe validation. Continue in
#12925.
