@nzw921rx @DanielLeens i opened #12942 for the bounded-file recovery fix and #12943 for native Kubernetes Application Mode HA, reusing Hazelcast election and Zeta recovery. Validated master/worker Pod failures, checkpoint restore, cancellation and cleanup in single-node K3s. The HA PR depends on #12942; Also PostgreSQL fencing remains separate.
