Thanks for the detailed report and the source-level analysis. Once you have had a chance to retry the minimal reproduction on a build that contains the Doris sink time zone option mentioned above, please share the distribution and connector versions used along with the resulting Doris value so we can confirm whether anything remains to fix. @zhengxiang378928908-code a startup warning that logs the zone in use when a `TIMESTAMP_TZ` column is written to Doris without that option set sounds reasonable, since it does not change behavior. Feel free to open a PR for it.
