Thanks @DanielLeens for reviewing the DB2 slice and confirming there are no blocking code issues. I've noted the optional diagnostic-assertion and E2E-parity suggestions. The current head is unchanged, and Build is still `action_required`. The fork's repository-permissions API reports Actions enabled with all actions allowed, while the last dispatch attempt returned HTTP 422, "Actions has been disabled for this repository." I still need to resolve the remaining fork activation and get a real Build for this head before marking the PR ready for review. The local DB2 module verification passed all 24 tests; that is not a substitute for the required CI run.
