Thanks for the additional review. My previous source-level conclusion on the unchanged head remains clear, and the current Build is green. GitHub now reports actual merge conflicts against `dev` (`mergeable_state=dirty`), so my earlier statement that drift was only merge metadata is no longer sufficient. Please sync the latest `dev`, resolve those conflicts, and rerun the required checks on the resulting head. A write-capable maintainer will need to complete the final review after that update; I will re-review the full new diff. This is a merge-state follow-up, not a fresh code review or an approval by another account.
