Synced this PR with the latest `dev` (`4dcfa28ccc8`) in merge commit `dbc53649a3c`; the merge was clean. The sync brings in both upstream fixes observed in the previous head CI: - #12938 / `cc54bb43335` fixes the unrelated Transform legacy-wrapper deserialization failures that affected all four unit-test matrix jobs. - #12946 / `4dcfa28ccc8` raises the MySQL CDC integration-test timeout from 120 to 180 minutes; the previous JDK 17 job was cancelled exactly at the old two-hour limit while its tests were still passing, while the JDK 11 counterpart succeeded. Relevant connector evidence from the previous head (`00337a9e`): - PostgreSQL updated-modules part-2 passed on JDK 11 and JDK 17. - OpenGauss updated-modules part-4 passed on JDK 11 and JDK 17. `OpengaussCDCIT` was 23/23 with zero failures on both, including all five custom-primary-key invocations. Local verification after the merge: `./mvnw -nsu -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-cdc/connector-cdc-base,seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-cdc/connector-cdc-postgres,seatunnel-e2e/seatunnel-connector-v2-e2e/connector-cdc-postgres-e2e,seatunnel-e2e/seatunnel-connector-v2-e2e/connector-cdc-opengauss-e2e -DskipTests -DskipIT=true -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true spotless:apply spotless:check` Result: `BUILD SUCCESS`; `git diff --check` is clean.
