Thank you for separating a possible E2E ordering problem from a product
data-loss claim.

   Classification: E / MySQL-CDC latest-stop integration-test ordering.

I could not yet reproduce the named test against current `dev`
(`14a27ac26`): the MySQL CDC E2E module contains `MysqlCDCStopModeSpecificIT`
and the `specific` stop-mode configurations, but not
`testMysqlCdcInitialStartupWithLatestStop` or a `latest-stop` configuration.
Please link the exact branch/commit or PR that contains the failing test and
its configuration before changing the test order.

With that evidence, the focused change should show the original failure log,
wait for the bounded job to reach `FINISHED` before asserting final sink
values, retain the existing time bounds, and run all affected stop-mode cases.
The test must also demonstrate that the reordered assertion does not mask an
actual post-snapshot CDC loss. A test-only PR is welcome once the current
source location is verifiable.
