Closing this issue as completed after rechecking the original report and its resolution. CDC deserialization now dispatches `TIMESTAMP_TZ` to the `OffsetDateTime` conversion path. This addresses the reported `Unsupported type TIMESTAMP_TZ` initialization failure for PostgreSQL timestamp-with-time-zone columns.
