Closing this issue as completed after rechecking the original report and its
resolution.

Fully qualified duplicate `TableId` values are now collapsed at PostgreSQL
CDC table discovery while preserving discovery order. This fixes the downstream
duplicate-key crash caused by repeated HighGo `INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES` rows.

   Resolution evidence:

   - [PR #12435](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12435), merged into
`dev` on 2026-09-24 ([merge commit
`4648c9956ec8`](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/commit/4648c9956ec88dec560a4af27cbd610568f47a60)).

The corresponding implementation remains present in [`dev` at
`14a27ac26a0a`](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/commit/14a27ac26a0a71b56722f86cdf8ec2779094ceaf).

As the reporter confirmed in [this scope
clarification](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues/12267#issuecomment-5794608233),
this resolution covers duplicate table discovery, not missing drivers, HighGo
SM3 authentication, or a blanket HighGo replication guarantee.
