Merged the current dev into this branch and retained both migration-guide updates. The routing code and existing tests are unchanged. On the merged tree, root Spotless and the required skip-tests verify passed, followed by 102 DuckDB tests with no failures or skips. The DuckLake SQLite, in-memory, retained-snapshot and PostgreSQL/S3 two-writer cases all executed locally.
