Could you share: - the SeaTunnel version, Iceberg catalog type, and the exact Hive Metastore 4.2.1 distribution you are using; - a sanitized job configuration (source and/or sink); - the full error message/stack trace and which operation fails (catalog load, table discovery, read, write, or commit). That will help us tell whether this is a Hive Metastore client-compatibility issue or a configuration problem.
