- Resolved the conflicts against current `dev`, preserving the current Doris
option names and the existing connector documentation scope.
- Corrected the Iceberg `${partition_keys}` option/prose/FAQ in English and
Chinese using the per-table placeholder path.
- Corrected the Iceberg source snapshot FAQs: batch start IDs are exclusive,
streaming start IDs are inclusive with `FROM_SNAPSHOT_ID`, and
`FROM_SNAPSHOT_TIMESTAMP` selects the first snapshot at or after the timestamp.
Scoped Spotless and the final diff checks passed, and an independent source
review found no remaining blocker in this docs-only patch. GitHub now reports
the PR as mergeable; fresh CI has not reported results on this new head yet, so
this is not a CI-pass or merge-ready claim.
