Merged current `dev` and addressed the outstanding Easysearch example
feedback in commit `6c22c15b45069e10d600eb8783a93e955fb9ad5e`.
- Replaced the invalid SQL/UNION multi-table example with one input table
containing an explicit `target_index` row field, mirrored in English and
Chinese.
- Used `st_${target_index}` so routing does not collide with the reserved
`${table_name}` metadata placeholder; documented target-index creation and
`schema_save_mode = "IGNORE"`.
- Preserved the upstream `key_encoding` option and its documentation while
resolving the option-table conflicts.
Scoped Spotless and the staged diff whitespace check passed.
Runtime/documentation CI on this new head is still pending; this update is not
a merge or production-validation claim.
