Synced this branch with current upstream `dev` (`d676f91b3d6a`) in commit `00e1d3b83c1a`, preserving the original three-file RabbitMQ compatibility patch and its legacy checkpoint fixture unchanged. Scoped RabbitMQ Spotless formatting passed, and the sync received an independent maintainer check. The old failed CI lane was `SeaTunnelEngineClusterRoleTest.testWorkerIsFirstMemberThenGetJobDetailStatus` in `seatunnel-engine-client`: `CancelJobOperation` exceeded the operation heartbeat timeout. I did not patch unrelated engine behavior or weaken tests in this RabbitMQ PR.
