Updated the original branch in `58a7ed1d3469df6ac9e165fe2ce7975f0ba28511`. The remaining cosmetic review item is addressed: absent JDBC SQLState values now appear as `UNKNOWN` in the diagnostic log instead of the literal `null`. The existing reconnect behavior and its regression test are preserved. The branch also contains current `dev`, including the upstream OpenGauss restore-test changes. The earlier exact-head failure was an `OpengaussCDCIT.testAddFieldWithRestore` timeout; this sync does not prove that failure is resolved. No tests or assertions were weakened by this repair. Scoped Spotless and target-relative diff checks passed, and the final two-file JDBC diff received an independent source review. The remote head and file scope were verified.
