Completed the source-side review repairs and current `dev` merge at `4105be5af90f`, preserving author history. The shared temporal APIs retain their historical enum names, formatter values, method return type, and public formatter fields. Existing Maxcompute format strings remain accepted. Date-less input is rejected as a date, and inference handles positive/negative offsets and `Z` while preserving the documented local wall-clock value. The file-wide comment-check exemption was removed, and English/Chinese format examples were corrected. The existing LocalFile integration suite now covers mixed inferred CSV/text formats with exact row counts and date/time/timestamp values, successful explicit legacy formats, and a strict explicit-format rejection. Related unit regressions cover compatibility and offset boundaries. Scoped formatting, shell-free static inspection, and whitespace checks passed; the tests themselves were not executed locally under this repository's CI-only policy. GitHub reports no merge conflict on the final 53-file feature diff.
