Merged current `dev` and corrected the dirty-handling contracts in `b63f6296fbb94f23d96342f8049b350bc7e4f88a`. The requested EN/ZH configuration/SPI docs and real Flink starter fail-fast regression are included. The repair preserves default-off writer behavior and existing public context/constructor/extension APIs. Active handling is explicitly limited to synchronous single-table inputs/writers: multi-input/template, asynchronous/deferred and competing Zeta sink error-handler paths fail before rows; planning config is validated before sink preparation/save-mode effects. Source-backed corrections also preserve schema capability/physical identity, propagate system and validator failures, close owned resources with primary/suppressed failure ordering, discover custom providers through each current plugin classloader, and report collected Zeta rows as DROPPED rather than WRITTEN. Existing API, parser, engine and E2E tests now assert actual delegated rows/outcomes, cleanup and current-execution per-record collection/threshold evidence. Independent source review, affected-module formatting and staged whitespace checks passed. Local functional tests were not run under the CI-only policy.
