The CI-enablement statement in my previous review is now outdated: the contributor's exact-head [Build](https://github.com/xyueji/seatunnel/actions/runs/40038699366) completed SUCCESS for `c981693ef0f4fdad685b1ea1ee4ff21cedef4d58`. You do not need to enable or rerun fork CI merely to address that old statement. The Apache signal/check attachment still needs repository-side handling. This does not change the separate source conclusion from the complete review: the PR had no remaining PR-owned change because its intended fix was already on dev. That scope blocker is not cleared by green CI. The lowest-cost next step remains closing it as superseded, or identifying a concrete remaining gap and submitting a focused new diff; please do not add an empty CI-trigger commit.
