The pending-CI statement in my previous review has changed: [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/119885326544) now reports ACTION_REQUIRED / Workflow run detection failed, and the fork inventory contains no Build for `2b3bf70e90f61156de18e4ffcad15fccffe614e2`. No tests have failed in that detection check; it cannot validate the new engine/writer tests either. Please inspect the fork's Actions page, enable workflows if the enable banner appears, and use Build > Run workflow on this branch if the push trigger did not create a run. This needs no unrelated source patch or empty commit. Separately, my existing Issue 1 about RestoreTableSchemaEvent and non-evolving writers still needs its documented decision/test; absent or green CI cannot settle that compatibility question. I am not withdrawing that point or claiming APPROVED.
