I checked [Build 40086136661](https://github.com/zhengxiang378928908-code/seatunnel/actions/runs/40086136661): it is completed/success on the current `02c5b80ddf4f9eb72f2d2a700e9d9813cf63da0e`; the latest job listing has 78 entries and no failed or unfinished job. That supersedes my earlier CI-pending statement. There is no new source change to re-review and my technical conclusion remains non-blocking. The upstream PR snapshot still has no required Build result attached, so a write-capable maintainer should inspect that workflow/check gate and perform the final effective approval.
