Thanks for asking about Elasticsearch 9. Could you please update the issue
title and description in English so contributors across the project can follow
the request?

   I checked current `dev` (`4f5e3293740`): `ElasticsearchVersion` recognizes
major versions 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8; parsing a 9.x cluster version currently
raises `GET_ES_VERSION_FAILED`. The connector also still declares the 7.5.1
REST client. I found no Elasticsearch 9 implementation PR, so I cannot give a
support date or claim that it works today.

Please add the SeaTunnel release and exact Elasticsearch 9.x version,
whether you need the source, sink, or both, the operation you need (for example
search/scroll, bulk writes, index creation, or mappings), and a sanitized
config and error if you have tried it. That will let contributors separate
source and sink compatibility work and define an Elasticsearch 9
integration-test matrix. I added the `feature`, `connectors-v2`,
`elasticsearch`, and `needs-info` labels for tracking.
