The exact-head CI failure at `e90c833d62b9` was a native-driver TIME conversion: Microsoft bulk copy expects a Timestamp for TIME metadata, but the executor supplied Time. The follow-up uses an epoch-date Timestamp that preserves LocalTime fractions and nulls while keeping destination TIME metadata/scale. Added UT coverage and strengthened the existing native-mode SQL Server IT with a TIME(7) fraction oracle; its shared source fixture is restored in finally on success or failure. The requested metadata/driver-loader/exception helper contracts are documented. The branch also includes exact upstream dev `4f5e32937402c03c35d62a7a9167172e38cc707e`, including the published HANA-readiness fix relevant to the separate startup timeout. No custom POM or dependency changes were added. Scoped JDBC/E2E Spotless and final independent source review passed.
