Opened #12992: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12992 . The dependency condition is now satisfied: #12688 merged both diagnosis paths, and #12631 was closed as superseded. I moved only the realtime follow-up onto current `dev`; their changes are not part of this diff. The PR includes the requested rendered queue/vertex/window/bucket-width example and the unavailable-evidence case. On the rebased branch, Python 3.10 and 3.13 each pass all 388 CLI tests plus three subtests; loopback HTTP fixtures exercise the actual command without a provider.
