### Purpose `FlussSourceIT.testFlussSource` can fail on a transient bootstrap disconnect before its bucket-leader readiness retry starts. Connection creation and the initial table-metadata lookup currently run outside the Awaitility polling scope. Move connection creation, metadata discovery and the bucket-offset check into the same bounded readiness poll. Each attempt uses and closes a fresh connection, and the metadata RPC now has a timeout. The existing 30-second readiness budget and three table-creation attempts are retained. Follow-up to #12852. Observed in [all-connectors-it-6 on JDK 17](https://github.com/nzw921rx/seatunnel/actions/runs/40433007432/job/121955960920). ### Validation - JDK 17: focused module clean packaging with unit and integration tests skipped. - Scoped Spotless apply/check and staged whitespace checks passed. - Full Docker integration tests were not run locally. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
