Fixes #13016 Native Cluster, connector-check, and metadata-export help requests now pass an explicit success exit code. Edge Agent help flags and `db help` also exit successfully, while invalid arguments retain the nonzero usage code. The shared parser default stays at 234 for the Flink and Spark Java launcher contract, and their shell wrappers continue converting help to exit 0. The change includes subprocess regression coverage for Cluster roles and daemon help, connector and metadata-export help, Edge Agent main and DB help forms, invalid arguments, and the shared parser's 234 default. The incompatible-changes notes are updated in English and Chinese. ### Checks - Core targeted tests: `NativeHelpExitCodeTest,SeaTunnelClusterScriptTest` — 9 tests passed. - Edge Agent full starter module suite — 105 tests passed. - Flink 20 and Spark 3 shell wrapper smoke checks with a fake Java process returning 234 — both wrappers exited 0. - `git diff --check` — passed. The full Core Starter suite is not clean on this host's JDK 21: legacy Mockito tests use a Byte Buddy version that supports only JDK 20, and `SeaTunnelClientOOMTest` relies on the removed Security Manager API. Spotless also cannot run here because its configured formatter/import cleanup is incompatible with the installed JDK 21 javac API.
