## Summary Add an optional `release-atr` profile for building, checksumming, signing and uploading the SeaTunnel and Edge Agent source/binary distributions to Apache Trusted Releases. The existing release profile and Maven/Nexus deployment remain available. - Require Maven 3.9.0+ and a non-SNAPSHOT project version; default to ATR dry-run mode. - Use the shared project version and upload all four archives with their signatures and SHA-512 files. - Sign explicit archive paths because the assembly classifiers overlap. - Restore the canonical square-bracket placeholders in both Apache LICENSE appendices, fixing the mismatch encountered in ATR checks. - Keep the development version at `3.1.0-SNAPSHOT`. ## Validation - Default and legacy release effective-POM comparisons found no changes outside the optional ATR profile. - Local fixture rehearsal exercised checksum generation, simulated signing and all twelve intended dry-run uploads. - Release-manager testing exercised real packaging/signing and ATR upload. The provided ATR screenshot shows the source archive and its metadata accepted, with zero blockers and remaining concerns. It does not establish acceptance of every distribution archive. - `git diff --check` passed. No additional full build or Maven verify run was performed for submission. ## Operational notes ATR plugin 1.0.0-beta-1 can reuse a JWT acquired before the build; builds longer than its 30-minute lifetime may require an upload-only retry in a new Maven process. The companion website guide documents credentials, signing setup, memory settings and retry commands. Uploads are per file, rather than atomic.
