The CI fact cited previously has changed: Build is now IN_PROGRESS, replacing the prior TIMED_OUT/cancelled-run snapshot. The existing run is the next evidence to wait for; please do not launch an overlapping retry or change source code just to refresh CI. There is no demonstrated upstream source fix for the old cancelled execution, so sync alone is not prescribed as a remedy. My source conclusion remains clear; required current-head completion and maintainer approval remain.
