The exact-head Build has completed successfully, superseding the pending check in my full review. My source conclusion remains clear: the lazy DELETE preparation and its lifecycle/database regressions have no outstanding blocking finding from this review. The CI objection is now withdrawn; this is ready for final maintainer review. No extra commit, retry or upstream sync is requested.
