The Apache workflow state has changed since my full review: PR signal is now successful and the aggregate Build reports TIMED_OUT. The earlier instruction to obtain PR-signal workflow approval is therefore obsolete. The cancelled 120-minute file integration lane remains the outstanding execution gate; the existing test log ending with successful assertions does not turn the cancelled GitHub job into a pass. My source conclusion remains clear. Retry that affected lane, and investigate its suite duration if it again reaches the existing budget; no further writer-source patch or drift-only base sync is justified by this state change.
