A CI fact from my previous review has changed on the unchanged head: Apache Build is now SUCCESS, so the earlier engine node-startup failure is no longer the current gate. Thank you for getting that run through. My source-side conclusion is unchanged: Issue 1, the focused SQL Server integration assertion, remains open. This is therefore not an approval based only on green CI. Please keep the production locale fix and extend the existing SQL Server fixture as requested; no unrelated dependency or workflow patch is needed. Effective maintainer review is still a separate repository gate. This comment updates CI context only, not another full source review.
